Terms of Use - Vigil Pro

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Vigil, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. The app

Vigil is a productivity app for tracking deadlines, scheduling reminders, viewing upcoming items in widgets, and optionally exporting or syncing your data.

3. Pro purchase

Vigil Pro is offered as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase through Apple. Pricing may vary by country or region and storefront. Payment is handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store.

Pro features may include unlimited deadlines, advanced reminders, widget features, export tools, and optional iCloud sync.

4. Restores and refunds

Purchase restoration is provided through Apple's in-app purchase system. Refund requests, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

reviewing and maintaining the deadlines you enter
checking reminder settings and notification permissions
verifying exported or synced data when it matters to you

6. No guarantee of uninterrupted service

Vigil is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect availability of notifications, iCloud sync, widgets, or exports, or that reminders will reach you in every situation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vigil will not be liable for missed deadlines, lost opportunities, business interruption, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes to the app and these terms

Features may change over time. These Terms may also be updated. Continued use of Vigil after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
